We are looking for trainees to train as a patent and trade mark attorney in the following technical fields
Communications Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Physics
for our offices in Munich and Paris.
As part of your training you will deal with all aspects of patent protection as well as trademark and design law in cooperation with the experienced patent attorneys and/or attorneys-at-law.
We offer you a versatile and team-oriented working environment as well as a thorough induction and training to become a patent attorney. We are interested in a long-term relationship and offer good opportunities for personal development leading to a later partnership.
We expect you to be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new facts and to be able to describe them clearly and comprehensibly. You should be able to work independently and in a team. A large part of your work will be done in German as well as in English and we expect you to be a native speaker or to have at least a B1 certificate in both languages. Additional knowledge of foreign languages would be an advantage.

Our building offers space for concentrated work as well as places for casual conversation and relaxation. You will find bright, modern furnished single and double offices. We deal with a field of law that involves the latest technology, and we live up to our claim of keeping our workplace technically up-to-date; PCs and software for digital file management, screens, telephone systems, video conferencing, Skype for Business – here everything is up-to-date.
In addition to our attic apartment with lounge area, provides coffee, tea and fresh fruits. Our large roof terrace is a special “highlight” that is often used for meetings, many informal “get-togethers” and office events.
The Stachus S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is nearby and many tram and bus lines have stops within 100 meters. You have excellent transport connections to the heart of Munich as well as cafés and restaurants for your daily lunch break.
