Kilian Müller has been a fully qualified lawyer since 2020 and is pursuing his training as a specialist lawyer for intellectual property rights. At SONNENBERG HARRISON he contributes his extensive legal expertise in the field of intellectual property and copyright.
PRACTICE AREAS
Kilian Müller’s work focuses on European, German and international patent application proceedings, opposition proceedings and litigation as well as European and German trademark searches, trademark applications and trademark litigation. He is also active in data protection and IT law and handles domain name disputes in various countries. Another focus of his practice is entertainment law, in particular music, games and film law. In this regard, he supports our clients in both copyright and trademark issues.
Kilian Müller speaks German, English and French.
He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the German IT industry association bitkom and the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL).
